Overages/Service Charges in Canada
You will get overages in Canada if you go over your allotted number of minutes, data, or messages. You will also receive additional charges if you call long distance (Calling outside of your local calling area) if you only have local calling included in your plan, or call and or text internationally (Dependent on Plan & add-ons). You are responsible for monitoring your Data, Minutes and Message usage. Any overages incurred will be charged to your account. For more information about our rates for overages in Canada please see the below table. We also suggest downloading an app that can track your usage. Some of our staff may be able to suggest an appropriate app.
Using your phone while outside of Canada will incur large service charges. You will get these additional service charges regardless of whether you are sending or receiving messages, calls, emails or using data in any way. We suggest you to turn off all of your transmitting and receiving functions or leave your phone off for the duration of the trip. Roaming charges vary depending on the country you are in, if you wish to know a specific countries overage rates, please ask us.

To view your data usage, overages and calls on your last or any previous bill you can log into your PhoneBox Online Account and use your account navigation to go to your Invoice Page. Then click on the View detail button above and to the right of your table.
